For the March #VOXcontest, we want to highlight the amazing vehicle wrap designs that received the most votes on Facebook, and are the winners of the design contest.
1st Place Winner: Lettrage Boisvert
Tell us about your design: It is an honor for us to present the completion of more than 85 hours for our team. Including nearly 50 hours of design and image research for this design in honor of those who have given so much for our countries: Canadian Armed Forces & U.S. Army.
It was a huge challenge to create a very detailed design and especially continuous from one side to the other in one single piece on this Tesla. A concept all in duo: CAN-USA & souvenir-future A huge thank you to the help of the Vets who helped us on the project for the historical fidelity of the images contained in the design. All printed on high-end eco-friendly 3M film: 3Menvision + HP LATEX high-density printing + 3M high gloss protective film over the ink. Registration of the design all around the Tesla! Veterans association here in Canada were really impressed by the final result and even some tough guys cried. That project literally changed the way that I see historical war sites like our “Plaines d’Abraham” here in Quebec City.
2nd Place Winner: Aftershock Decals & Design
Tell us about your design: This was a full coverage vehicle wrap for Lanz Heating and Cooling. The design layout was done by our Graphic Designer, Kyle Kuzmich. Our client wanted to have the vehicle with different colors on each side of the vehicle to illustrate the “heating” and “cooling” aspect of their business. This vehicle wrap was completed over 3-4 days. We like to think of our vehicle wraps as “mobile billboards” and this wrap really fits that definition with its bright colors that really turn heads. This particular truck was a personal vehicle of the company owner, so the team really wanted to go the extra mile and make it perfect.
Join me in congratulating the winners of the #VOXcontest! Check out their amazing work on Facebook!
