Once you've decide you're ready to bring everyone onboard shopVOX, you can use our custom email template to introduce it to your organization. Just follow the instructions below:

  3. Further customize the email with your voice and any additional information you want to add about why your organization has chosen shopVOX and what you will gain from it.

  4. Attach the Slide Deck below to help them understand how shopVOX will organize your shop (optional)

So… what is shopVOX?

shopVOX allows us to collaborate and work as a team to accomplish goals. It’ll streamline our process and track our workflow. It’s a lean system focused around organization and efficiency. Through shopVOX everyone and every project is connected in one place, giving us greater visibility into each other’s work and ultimately leading to better collaboration, less work about work, and more transparency into how  projects progress, and how our efforts contribute to achieving overall goals.

We’ve already created [a few tasks, projects, jobs] and are inviting the rest of the company to join.
