TechVOX Inc. (“shopVOX”) complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF), as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce.
We have certified that we adhere to the Data Privacy Framework Principles when handling personal data received from the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK), and Switzerland. If there’s ever a conflict between this policy and the DPF Principles, the DPF Principles will take precedence.

Independent Dispute Resolution
In compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. DPF, shopVOX commits to refer unresolved complaints concerning our handling of personal data received in reliance on these frameworks to BBB National Programs, an independent dispute resolution provider based in the United States. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your complaint, or if we have not resolved your complaint to your satisfaction, please visit BBB National Programs’ DPF Consumer Page for more information or to file a complaint. These services are provided at no cost to you.
Binding Arbitration
Under certain conditions, individuals may invoke binding arbitration for unresolved complaints. For more details, refer to Annex I of the DPF Principles at Arbitration Procedures.
Security and Retention
We use physical, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or alteration. These safeguards include secure data storage, access controls, encryption where appropriate, and regular security reviews.
However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure. We encourage you to keep your account credentials safe and to contact us immediately at privacy@shopvox.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
We retain your personal information only for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
When acting as a service provider for our customers, we retain personal information according to our agreement with each customer.

Government Oversight
shopVOX is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
