Are there any contracts or commitments?

No contracts. You will be billed monthly. You can cancel anytime and directly within your account.

Does shopVOX work on laptops, tablets, smartphones?

You betcha! shopVOX uses responsive UI design. This means that you have full access to your data – wherever you are and on any device of your choice. The layout of shopVOX will change depending on your screen size.

Since shopVOX is web-based, who owns my data?

You own all of your data. It is not shared with anyone outside of your organization. You can also export your data to CSV and XLS format from shopVOX at any time.

What web browsers are supported?

We recommend Chrome and Firefox – they have been tested extensively with shopVOX. We do not recommend Internet Explorer or Safari.
