Common Questions

Are there any contracts or commitments?
No contracts. You will be billed monthly. You can cancel anytime. You can cancel from inside your account.

Does shopVOX work on laptops, tablets, smartphones?
You betcha! shopVOX uses responsive UI design. This means that you have full access to your data – wherever you are at. The layout of shopVOX will change depending on your screen size. Use it on your computer, tablet, or phone.

Since shopVOX is web-based, who owns my data?
You own all of your data. It is not shared with anyone outside of your organization. You can also export any of your data to .csv and .xls format from shopVOX at any time.

What web browsers are supported?
We recommend Chrome and Firefox – they have been tested extensively with shopVOX. We do not recommend Internet Explorer or Safari.

We set up our users and we were tracking our jobs within a couple hours. No more job tickets scattered everywhere in the shop.

It did take a bit longer to get our pricing setup in the system, but now that we’ve started using it — I’m more confident in the prices I give to customers.

Our quotes are more consistent and I have a better knowledge of what it will cost me to produce a job.
